I see spirits. I talk with them.
Curious? Come in.
Welcome to my world. I'm the Prairie Medium.
Have you wondered about ghosts or spirit beings?
Or firmly deny the existence of life beyond the grave?
Maybe you thought you saw a spectral light or the gossamer image of someone who’s died. Why does the hair on the back of your neck stand on end, or maybe you feel those creepy goosebumps on your arms, or your spine shudders for no reason?
Have you felt an icy cold sensation when moving through a warm room? Maybe you’ve quickly exited a space that ‘feels’ uncomfortable, even inhospitable? Or do you get a foreboding sense of danger or worse?
Has the radio in your car or on your iPad suddenly begun playing a favorite tune of a loved one who has passed?
Do you find yourself talking with them, shaking your head, and knowing they aren’t actually there? Yet, you sense they are and that they can hear you? You look around for verification. Is there anyone else feeling or seeing this?
Are you afraid to tell anyone for fear of denial, ridicule, or skepticism?
You are not alone.
Since early childhood, these beings have made themselves known to me. They come in varied forms — translucent bodies, scents, audio, and supernatural, invisible subtle energies.
How do they appear?
Why are they here?
How do I know they are not my imagination?
Spirits come to us for as many reasons. Some are here to stay with their loved ones, family, or friends. Some guide us along our path, a shared promise with us to always be near. Some interact to bring a word, a message, a premonition, an act of kindness, healing, or closure. Some to share with us that they are very much alive.
Some entities may be stuck here, unable to move into ‘the light.’ Sometimes, they appear for help, for guidance from us. Some are afraid, some are lost, and some feel trapped and confused —they want to be home.
A medium’s work is to become a conduit, as a telephone line, between the physical and non-physical world. Some mediums train for this, while others come by it naturally.
I was born this way. Throughout my life, I have listened to their stories from their perspective. They have so much to share, and each story is different.
Do not be afraid. They want to connect with us.
We are not alone.
